一直以来也想尝试下药物，朋友曾经用过万艾可的，说两小时了没射出来，也射不出来了，就是不知道折腾两小时体力上能否跟得上，还有朋友说第二天都下午了头还是昏昏沉沉的，这个算是副作用吗
