[求助] 为什么三级区的BT种子都转换不了

为什么三级区的BT种子都转换不了

是用迅雷下载的。我之前在BT原创区下载BT种子，迅雷都会从空白的文件自动转换成种子；但是在三级区下载bt全都无法转换，用了其他浏览器也一样，金币都扣10多个了。怎么回事呢？
