4楼是正解，必要的清洁工作做完后，基本是无异味的，而且现在清洁剂都带有各种香味，所以在那种场景下基本上不会有很大影响
另外AV情节的连贯性也很重要，总不能拔出来洗干净再整吧，估计那时候JJ都软了
