版主并没有做错，完全是按照版规在办事。
版规中，原创帖必须带有特征码。
不符合发帖要求的原创主贴，基本是设置权限，并留言让发帖人修改。
发帖人是可以自己修改阅读权限的。
只要发帖人上线，收到留言，把问题修改好，就可以自己修改阅读权限。

如果是因为版规给你造成的困扰，我也感到抱歉。
